Much to my dismay I showed up exactly 24 hours late for my exam appointment with Dr. Kate Marshall. I had written the wrong day down. The receptionist excused herself for a short time, she came back and told me Dr Kate could see me in 5 minutes as they had had an earlier cancellation. I suspect Dr Kate skipped her lunch in order to do my exam, which by the way went very very well. She kept me informed every step of the way of how the exam was going. I want to say just how grateful I am, thank you all... You have the gratitude of who will be a more punctual patient in the future...
