Born and raised in Lakeville, MN, Dr. Haverly feels a strong sense of community and pride providing quality health care to the southern Twin Cities. She graduated from Lakeville (North) High school “GO PANTHERS!”, went onto attain her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, and completed her doctor of optometry degree at The Ohio State University College of Optometry.
While at Ohio State University, Dr. Haverly worked as a vision therapist on the weekends and discovered her passion for binocular vision, pediatrics, and neuro-optometric rehabilitative vision therapy. During her optometry school rotations, Dr. Haverly gained invaluable experience in refractive and cataract surgery pre and post-operative exams, ocular disease, contact lenses, binocular vision and pediatrics, and low vision.
